Dúnadan, son of Atanatar II Alcarin and 17th King of Gondor. After 14 years of rule he passed the rule to his nephew Minalcar. Narmacil I sat on the throne of Gondor for 68 years, but for 54 of these Minalcar ruled Gondor as Regent. Narmacil I died childless, and was succeeded by his younger brother Calmacil.
