Also known as Andrast, the great cape and promontory at the western head of the Bay of Belfalas, and at the feet of the White Mountains.

Technically a part of Gondor, Ras Morthil appeared to be uninhabited--though it was rumoured at the time of the War of the Ring that the secretive Drúedain still dwelt there.
