The Elves who completed the Great Journey and reached Aman, as opposed to Umanyar who remained to Middle-earth. The Amanyar were the Vanyar, Noldor, and the Falmari (those Teleri who, under Olwe, reached Aman).

The word is synonymous to LightElves? (Calaquendi) and HighElves (Tareldar).
